Tracy, the son of Frank and Rosa L Bailey Hallock was born in Hope Township, Michigan on December 14, 1893

Tracy married HAZEL FERN MATHEWS 1-4 on March 8, 1915.. They had 3 daughters Bernece, Letha and Guila. Tracy and Hazel divorced on July 31, 1929. Tracy married Maude Yates Copland on July 3, 1931 Maude died December 10, 1961.

Tracy was a highly accomplished and talented checkers player. In fact he would play against some of the countries best checkers players by mail with games lasting months if not years.

Tracy spent most of his life married to the daughter of Irvin Yates of Tennessee- MAUDE RILDO YATES COPELAND 2-4 on July 3, 1931. Tracy and Maude had no children of their own, but raised George and Junior Knox.

Although Tracy never legally adopted them as sons, he raised them from infancy Wilber Knox of 2116 E. Ave N. Battle Creek, Michigan and George Knox of Jacksonville, Florida.

Tracy Hallock was a member of Aerie 299, Faternal Order of Eagles.

Tracy died in August 31, 1964. S.S. 366-07-6881. Tracy is buried at the Battle Creek Memorial Park Cemetery. Lot 139, Section LB, graves 3. Paul Bearers where Gilbert Douglas, John Freeling, Willard Fish, Ted Capman, Mark Ells and Loren Swaffard.

Maude was born on April 13, 1896. Maude died December 10, 1961.is buried with Tracy.
