Letha, the daughter of Tracy and Hazel (Matthews) Hallock was born on October 3, 1919 in Climax, Michigan.

Letha married EDWARD STANLEY CHLYSTEK 1-5. Letha and Eddie had two children, Connie and Danny.

Letha died on March 11, 1975 during a heart operation (her third). Letha had Rheumatic Fever while a child that damaged her heart. Letha is buried at the same cemetery as her husband Edward at the Riverside Cemetery, Albion, Michigan.

Letha of 1216 2nd Street, Albion, Michigan, she was the widow of Edward Stanley Chlystek, she is survived by her daughter Connie Sherman and a son Danny Chlystek both of Circleville, Ohio. Mother Hazel Tester, brother Darrell Tester, Bernece, Guila and Elaine.

Paul bearers - Nick Corey, Charles Desy, Russel Desy, Harlo Hanes, Howard Kalmbach and Richard Weaver. Letha is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Albion, Michigan.
