Richard, the son of Claire Curtis Marshall and Alice Burchett Marshall. Richard was an accomplished boxer while serving in the U.S. Armed Services.

Richard was born on August 25, 1931. Married ???? and they had two children Scott Clare and Linda Jean. Richard adopted Michael James and Ruth Ann. By a subsequent marriage, Richard has four step children, Laurie, Patty, Marie and Jackie.

Richard now lives near Vermontville, Michigan.

Marvin and Robyn Marshall traveled to Richard's home to go over the Marshall Family Tree schematic that he and Earl S Marshall worked on in the early 70's.
From that base work that Earl and Richard did, Marvin and Robyn travelled the U.S. taking photos in cemetery, visiting family members, libraries in including a 3-day study at the National Archives in Washington D.C.
