Harvey, son of John and Docitha Marshall, was born in 1873 in Maple Grove Township in Barry County, Michigan.

Harvey married KATE MORGANTHALER 1-3.  Harvey and Kate had three children, Hazel, Freeland H and Vern.

Harvey died in February 28, 1947 at the age of 73. Harvey is buried in the Wilcox Cemetery.
