Earl, son of Minerva (Marshall) and Peter Rothaar, born in Barry County, Michigan on March 5, 1888.

Earl married MAY STEWART 2-5 who was born on March 4, 1987. Earl and May had four daughters, Helen, Virginia, Connie and Joyce.

Earl died on September 28, 1964 at age 76.  May died October 25, 1972 at age 85. Both Earl and May are buried in the Lakeview Cemetery in Nashville, Michigan.
