David L., the son of John and Docitha (Ostroth) Marshall, was born March 1, 1866 in Seneca County, Ohio.

David married LAURA ELMA DICKINSON 1-3.  Laura was born on November 14, 1867.

David and Laura had a daughter named Persia.

David died on April 20, 1954, he was 88 years old. Laura died February 14, 1948 at age 80. Both are buried at the Lakeview Cemetery in Nashville, Michigan.
